ACCOUNT DEPOSIT SERVICE

* April 17 (8:00 to 18:00) local time: Credit to account deposit transactions may be delayed.

* April 17 (21:00) to April 18 (21:00) local time: First-time credits to BPI accounts will be impacted.

Cash Pick-up Service

* April 18: Most cash pick-up locations will be closed.

Services across other days and channels will continue to operate as usual.
