You can receive your money sent through MoneyGram in Japan. You can receive up to ¥100,000 without member registration, but you should register as a member if you want to receive money up to ¥1,000,000.

Please ask your sender to visit MoneyGram location to send money to Japan.

MoneyGram receipt
MoneyGram will issue a receipt. Your sender can find 8 digits MoneyGram Reference number printed on it.

Reference Number
Please ask your sender for MoneyGram reference number, and sender's full name.

Visit enRemit.com
Please provide us MoneyGram reference No. and sender's full name. You also need to submit valid photo ID.

Request confirmation
We will check your request, and ask MoneyGram for confirmation.

Confirmation completed
If the information you provided is correct and valid, we will complete the transaction.

MoneyGram Reference Number is the key to your money. Please ask your sender for 8 digits number printed on the receipt.
If your sender has not sent it yet, visit MoneyGram official website to find a MoneyGram location. Or you can contact MoneyGram to find out local MoneyGram representative.

Within Business HoursMoney will be credited into your account, or sent you via JP Post cash delivery service. Bank charges or post charges will be deducted from your original receiving amounts.

If you do not have a Japanese bank account, and if you can not visit our counter, we will deliver cash to the place you stay.

JP Post provides one of the most reliable postal services in the world.
Cash will be delivered to you after the postman checks your ID to verify that you are the correct receipient.
Transaction amount is limited to ¥500,000.
The transaction amount is limited to ¥500,000 for members, and ¥100,000 for guests.
Delivery fee ¥500 only
Japan post usually charges ¥540 ~ ¥1,400. But we charge you ¥500 only. It will be deducted from your original amounts.
