To comply with the regulations of the Japanese laws, we ask you to kindly provide a copy of your valid photo ID and My Number to prove your identity.
My Number is a system which improves administrative efficiency and enhances public convenience by notifying every resident who has the resident record of his/her own individual number.

How to send a copy of your ID and My Number
You can send your copy by uploading, by FAX, or by mail.

Please print out our FAX cover sheet, and attach a copy of your photo ID. If you do not want to use our FAX cover sheet, please write down your full name, contact number, and member ID on a blank space of your copy.

Before you send a copy of your ID
Please check while you prepare a copy of your ID.
- We do not accept a copy which is hard to read.
- Please note that your order may be cancelled if we conclude that your information does not match with your ID.
- To protect your privacy, please do not send a copy of your ID through email.
- Please send us copies of both front and back if applicable.
- We will mail our welcome letter via a 'non-forwardable' envelope to the address printed on your ID.
- We do not accept invalid or expired ID.
- We do not return any documents under any circumstances.
