Please visit 'My Account' > 'Deactivate Account', and fill in the form to deactivate.

-You are not allowed to deactivate your account if you have any uncompleted order.
-You are not allowed to deactivate your account if you have refundable amount.
-You will no longer be able to use enRemit after you deactivate your account.
-Your personal information and transaction information will be deleted after a certain period (stipulated in the related laws and ordinances).
