Setting Bank Account for Refund
If cancellation occurs after you have made your payment, refundable amount after deducting all types of fees
will be refunded to your bank account upon your request.
Please follow the steps shown below to specify your bank account for refund.
Member(Registered) Users
Login and click 'My Account'
If you have any refundable amount, brief information will be displayed on your 'My Account' page.
Click 'Register a bank account for refund'.
Setup your Bank Account for Refund
Please fill out the blanks with your bank account information, and click 'Next'.
Please confirm your bank account information, and click 'Request for Refund'.
Setup Complete
Your bank account for refund is now registered. Please check your email account and find an email titled '[enRemit] You have requested for refund'. In addition, we will inform you the result via email when we complete your request.
Guest(Unregistered) User
Track your money
Click 'Track your Money Now!' menu after you login as a guest.
Login page for guests will popup in a new window
Please fill out the blanks with Order Number and Guest Code, then click 'Send email'.
After you receive your one-time code via email, please fill in the blank with the code and click 'Track Money'.
Request refund
If you have refundable amount, brief information will be displayed after you login.
Click 'Register a bank account for refund'.
Refund Bank Account Setup
Please fill out the blanks with your bank account information, and click 'Next'.
Please confirm your bank account information, and click 'Request for Refund'.
Refund Bank Account Setup Completed
Your bank account for refund is now registered. Please check your email account and find an email titled '[enRemit] You have requested for refund'. In addition, we will inform you the result via email when we complete your request.
