Thank you very much for using the enRemit overseas remittance service
.
Indeed without permission, We will be closed from Saturday, December 29, 2018 to  Thursday, January 3, 2019
 
for New Year's holidays.

We extremely apologize to our Customers for any inconvenience during this period.

please kindly forgive us.



In addition, please be sure to confirm the remittance service before and after the period, the support work by telephone, e-mail, the procedure of identity verification will  as follows.


In accordance with the enforcement of the "Law on the Use of Numbers, etc. for Identifying Specific Persons in Administrative Procedures" in January, 2008, 


"Records related to overseas remittances, etc. aimed at securing proper

 taxation of domestic tax Based on the Law Concerning Submission, etc. of Foreign Nationals ", the financial institution conducting remittance  notifies the fact that the personal number or corporate number is described in
 
addition to the name or the name and the address of the person making the remittance, and the financial institution confirms that It was obliged.

Related to this

Regarding customers who have registered before December 31, 2015, we have continued to use it because of the grace period, but the 3 year grace period will end on 31 December 2018 .

Customers who have not submitted my number related documents yet, please submit it by December 31, 2018.


This service can not be used for customers who have not submitted their personal number (My Number) or corporate number since January 1, 2019.

Customers who have not received my number notification such as traveller are not eligible for this issue.


Also, since January 1, 2019 the address and contact address of the benificiary are required for fraud prevention and remittance to the Bank account for accurate money deposit, who would like to remit money to a foreign Bank account.

・ During holidays, we are unable to operate regular remittance operation, support by phone, e-mail, procedure of identity verification .


・ Even during holidays, we will accept requests for remittance from the website, membership registration, and inquiries as usual, but the procedure of the remittance request received during the period will
 be sequentially posted on or after January 4 (Friday).

・ Friday, January 4 (Friday), it is expected that it takes time to process due to concentration of transactions such as remittance application.

Please acknowledge it beforehand.
