Please be assured that the opening hours
for the year-end and New Year holidays are as follows.

to January 5, 2020 (Sunday)

work before and after the period, support work by phone, e-mail, and the
procedure for identity verification as follows.

phone support, email support, and identity verification procedures.
・ Remittance application, membership registration and inquiries from
the website will be accepted as usual during the holiday period, but the
procedures for requesting remittance during the period will be made
sequentially from Monday, January 6th. We will respond and answer one after
another on Monday, January 6th.
・ On January 06 (Monday), it is expected that the procedure will take
some time due to the concentration of transactions such as remittance
applications.
