【IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT】About [ My Number ] ID Confirmation

With the implementation of Individual Number system (My Number), Customers with "International Money Transfer service" contract completed on and after January 1, 2016 will be required to notify their Individual number ID (My Number).
For the purpose of filing annual reports related to
transactions such as foreign money transfer under the Japanese laws and
regulations, verification of individual number (My Number) for customers who transfer money overseas on and after January 1, 2016
will be required.
You already become our member before December 31, 2015, you can keep using
our service.
But you still need to submit an Individual number (My Number) documents again.

How to send a copy of Individual number (My Number)
Please prepare a scanned copy (image file) or a photocopy of your Individual number and upload the file to our website.
How to Register your Individual Number (My Number)
You may confirm about the receipt of notification card or issuance of individual number by going to the Individual Number WEBSITE. You may also contact the Call Center and the municipal office of the town where you live (your municipality).
